• Membership is available for 3 dinars per month.

• Subscription does not renew automatically.

• Members enjoy a permanent 10% discount on products during the subscription period.

• Membership is for one person only and is not transferable or shareable.

• Membership is activated after payment is completed and automatically expires after 30 days.

• A reminder will be sent 5 days before the subscription expires via the registered email.

2. Discounts and gifts

• Discounts are only available to active members within the membership period.

• Gifts do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

• The administration has the right to modify or stop any discount or gift without prior notice.

3. Payment and Billing

• Payments are made through the gateway. MyFatoorah, and is subject to its terms and policies.

• The invoice will be automatically sent in PDF format to your email after the order is completed.

• Prices include taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund

• Subscription fees cannot be refunded after payment, due to the digital nature of the service.

• If there is a technical problem with activation, please contact us within 24 hours of payment.

5. Official correspondence

• Official communication and correspondence shall only be conducted via the email registered in the company's name.

• We will not accept any request or modification received from an unauthorized email.

6. Acceptable Use

• The administration has the right to cancel membership without refund in the event of misuse or tampering with any of the system's features.

• Use of the content or discounts for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

7. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of them.
